indigo bunting

"there are times when chrome
is almost black, strange as it seems.
In certain light conditions it doesn't shine.
It's like my favorite bird out there, the indigo bunting, that has no color unless sunlight is refranting from the feathers.
Without sunlight it turns a steel gray.It doesn't have any color of its own.
It has a potential for color."
